I read that Confuse was always working as intended. But everyone who plays pvp and read that knew it was BS.

Yesterday I played pvp, and I noticed it. HELL YEAH! Confuse wouldn't always go for 4 turns. Sometimes I got out of it after 2 turns. Weha!
