If you could provide further details about what's going on, that would help as well. Is your game freezing when you click "Log in"? Are you receiving an error log pop-up message upon trying to launch the game? Let me know.

i also am having the same problem….i already consulted the solutions in the guide but with no luck….i am using a macbook pro…and i get beach balled whenever i click log in….what to do?

You may need to wait for the server reboot, or they servers could be down. I use a macbook aswell. And it usually gives me the loading sign when the servers are rebooting. I'd keep trying every 30 mins or so. Good luck!
