Have you tried the solutions listed in this guide? If you could provide further details about what's going on, that would help as well. Is your game freezing when you click "Log in"? Are you receiving an error log pop-up message upon trying to launch the game? Let me know. Topic moved to proper forum. You may need to wait for the server reboot, or they servers could be down. I use a macbook aswell. And it usually gives me the loading sign when the servers are rebooting. I'd keep trying every 30 mins or so.
