About character name

I want to know if the characters names who have been banned will be available to can choose again ?

 

The origin of this question is because i would like PRO with my real name, and if the character who has my real name would be banned i would like to use his name.

 

I have reviewed when you post the list with the accounts players that have been delete to make space in the database, but my real name was not there, i want the hope that i can to found there and take it

Banned accounts don't get cleared since the player could still appeal their ban.

if they matched the criteria used during the next inactive account purge they would be removed then
