There's no quest, you buy the mount and then click on it :Grin:

there is a quest but not sure if its member only, i guess anyone can do it

u need to catch a chancey, a kangaskhan, and a dratini by urself, traded ones wont work they must have ur ot, than goto beach below fuchsia city and surf right and there u will find arcanine farmer show him those 3 pokes and get a free arcanine mount, make sure u have all 3 pokes in ur team

There should be atleast 1 or more quest for member atleast thats what the MS says ( Access to unique Members Only Clothes, Hats and Mounts (From various Quests and Shops ingame) (This is not the Coin Shop)!
