Here are the prizes and their IV requirements:

IV 6~186: Medicines

IV 80~135: Potion, Vitamins,

IV 80~140: Valuable item

IV 90~140: Random TMs

IV 110~160: In-Battle Effect Items

IV 115~130: Random Ghost TMs

IV 120~160:Held Item

IV 140~155: Evolve Items

Thx for the reply, I saw there but now the quest is changed and the rewards are separated by 5 tie rewards, also we can choose between the rewards options depending on the IV's you delivery, my doubt is about the last tier, the 5 i delivery one 155 IV and i got the tier 5, but i delivery one 150 IV and I got only the tie 4, thats why I asking :Smile:
