To get to the back of Meteor Falls, go north of Rustboro to Route 115, Go west to where the water is. Surf straight out west for a little bit. Then surf North and you'll come to a small cove. Go up the stairs and there will be an area with some smashable rocks. There's a hidden trap door behind those rocks so bring rock smash.
