Quick question, I am currently Officer in the Laughing Coffin guild ingame. Yet I cannot promote players, nor invite members. Do I need a certain hour requirement within the guild?

When you're trying to promote and/or invite to the guild, have you confirmed that the other players are also online with you? Those commands can't be used offline, unfortunately.

Yes I have, I've known that beforehand thankfully. When I use the command to promote members it prompts me with:

Hmm, that's strange. I tested it just now, and the Officer /ginvite and /gpromote commands do seem to be working properly. Try restarting your client, and if that doesn't help, then see if leaving and being repromoted would fix the issue. Let me know how it goes!

Odd - there shouldn't be a time or hours requirement in order to use those commands. I've forwarded the issue to the team so that it can be looked into when possible. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime, hopefully we'll be able to sort this out shortly!
