I have 2 situations in the guild,

1~ i have a member like official, but him can not to add other players (and he is supposed to add players and upgrade thems to members )

2~ i have a member that i can not upgrade to official, i only can up he to member, but it doesnt up to official

I think you mean "Official" as Officer. Make sure the iniate is ONLINE to be able to promote them to member. Also make sure the member is online when you promote them.</r>
