Can you provide more details on the issue you're experiencing? For example, are you getting a message like "User already logged in" when you try logging into the game? Have you made sure you're selecting the correct server from the drop-down menu? Be sure to check this guide for a list of commonly-experienced issues and their solutions, as well.
