but if he take the one he train, should be his name on it, but there no, there is nothing under OT

If so does he accept it ?

It might still have you as OT but just not showing on your Pokemons information

It is not scammed. A few weeks ago I catched 3 spearow and none of them had OT.

The hole was empty, invisible. I put them in my PC because it was strange. They are still there. I guess it's a bug...

This is a visual bug. Have you tried presenting him to Joey? Let me know if it doesn't work. THEN it's a problem.
