Concern about catching Pokemon with the Synchronise ability

Hi all,

I know that it has 50% chance of becoming the nature of the first Synchronizer in your party.

 

However, my question is that,[glow=red]will the synchronise ability still active if the pokemon that has synchronise ability in the first position is dead and I still put him in the first position?[/glow]

 

I hope the question makes sense and you able to understand it.

It already has 50% which is huge, so it won't be implemented.
