To create a guild, you gotta go visit a npc in Saffron, the house is in the south-east of the city but there's some requirements in order to create a guild & they're: 100 hours played atleast & 400K $.

By the way, you can take a look on our french guild : click here, we also have a custom channel under the name of "francais" if you ever wanna pass by & say hi to meet other frenchies xD.
