I lost to red but its been more than 2 weeks and he hasnt come back. HELP!!

Hi,

If you mean Red "on-top-of-the-Mont-Silver" Red, then he never respawns, you get only one shot; but whether you won or lost, you can access Trainers Valley the same -as long as you meet the other requirements of course*-.

 

*the same than Love Island ([glow=red]42 evolved data[/glow] (maybe a bit less, fortyish, don't remember exactly) + [glow=red]120 Kanto Pokémons[/glow]) and the [glow=red]HM Fly/Metro Quest[/glow]

 

 

To go to T.Valley, take the train from Goldenrod/Saffron, you'll need 15k$ in total
