I encountered a Wobbuffet that has Shadow Tag, I caught it. Then I encountered another one, I couldn't run away of course, tried to Role Play with my Kadabra and still couldn't run away. Then my Kadabra fainted, I sent in the Wobbuffet I had caught earlier, thinking Role Play might have been bugged. But, Wobbuffet cannot run away from it either when it should be able to.
