From this, Togekiss has 5 *2 weaknesses. ELC, ICE, ROC, POI, STE.

 

I don't know if anybody else is having this problem.

But everytime I encounter Togekiss in PVP, I use Ice Beam on it, it doesn't do *2 Super Effective Damage like it is supposed to. It only does normal damage.

This has been a factor in deciding the outcome of some battles. Could you guys look into this if possible?

is the togekiss using the roost move?

like sugarred said roost will get rid of togekiss's flying type so itll just be pure fairy, resulting in ice beam doing 1x dmg
