ELC, ICE, ROC, POI, STE. I don't know if anybody else is having this problem. But everytime I encounter Togekiss in PVP, I use Ice Beam on it, it doesn't do *2 Super Effective Damage like it is supposed to. It only does normal damage. This has been a factor in deciding the outcome of some battles. Could you guys look into this if possible?
