connection problem

Featured Replies

Every time i get onto this game, it plays fine for a few minutes and then it starts to lag as i type in chat and nothing appears after i enter it in and it gets stuck under "please wait" in battles and then it takes me back to the login of the game... and it has been continuously doing that, if something can be done it would be appreciated as it is annoying. & it was running well the day before.

thank you.

Hi,

Do you still have those disconnections?

Do you play on PC/Mac? or Android?

Do you also have any kind of trouble loading internet pages? Because it sounds like a packet loss issue; if you're on Windows, press [glow=red]Windows + R[/glow], type "[glow=red]ping -t 8.8.8.8[/glow]" (8.8.8.8 is Google's public DNS server), it will open a new window and run infinite lines displaying your ping.

If you get "Request timed out" lines, it means that some datas lost their way to the server, making it impossible to do the task you wanted (moving, writing, using an item, etc.) and, if it's not responding long enough, the server will assume that you disconnected.

If this is your issue, restart your box, and if that doesn't resolve it, then maybe it's your IAP (Internet Access Provider) who is at fault, or maybe some kind of port issues, but I don't know more than that^^

Hope you'll figure this out soon enough
