Thejollypear Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 I 100% agree with this. However I think some cautionary measures must be taken like: Cool down Timers/Maximum sent in a day. Officers and leaders should be able to. It should have the same format as a server message. Same profanity filter etc used. Provide the username of who sent it.
