Hello,

I can't login on my account cuz is stucked in game without reason.

When I try to login it say " user already logged in. "

I read about this problem with server sometimes, but its possible to get a reboot of yellow server?

I would like to play. thanks you so much in advice.

The servers won't be rebooted just for players affected by this glitch sadly. You must wait for the reboot. I recommend relogging in every 15 mins or so. Just be patient, it'll reboot sooner or later.

There is no schedule for reboots. Sorry. :( Typically, the servers are restarted once a day, but that isn't guaranteed.
