MOunt vs bike in route 110

In the route 110 there is the bici walk

 

where a npc says that only the bicicle is permitted, and the mounts is not permitted, but i use my mounts and i can use it

 

But this npc says that i cannot use them, only bikes

 

~I suggest that the mounts can not be useful in tue bike walk in the route 110 like the npc in mauville town says.

 

~I suggest a craft system to can change the color of bike, because the blue, green and yellow bike a little bit players had bought this. Is uggest a craft system to put them inside the games, or to sell it in the bikes store (to sell paints, to paint the bikes )
