Sadly, it is most likely that you'll have to wait for a server reboot; however, you can try to completely close your client and try to log in again Keep an eye on https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/ to check when the servers are up, and when the "It's been online for:" timer will be reset (meaning it got reboot, also bear in mind that it is not 100% accurate, sometimes servers time out a really short time and this timer doesn't reset) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is covered in read this before making a general support topic "Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.We have daily reboot also. Sorry for the inconvenience. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again.
