Boss cooldown checker

Boss cooldown checker is an npc located at Celadon Office 2F.

From its name it is used to check bosses they are ready or not ready at :

1. Kanto.

2. Johto.

3. Hoein. (not completed yet)

4. Specials. (not completed yet)

It is a very good npc that we don't need to check each boss each time, we can only check here.

I wish they will add times at their bosses this will be perfect npc.

I think that "Boss cooldown checker" will be one of the most usful npcs at the game.
