Hello. First of all I am really sorry if this is the wrong place. I play on the yellow server and my account name is ioss.

 

I was looking forward to playing again and was always supporting development and buying in-game items. I am not sure if this is a global reset and everyone lost progress or if it's just a bug on my end? Can anyone help me understand this?

Did you make sure you're on the right server? Yellow was recently changed to the default sever, so try changing it?

There was a clean up a while ago for inactive accounts, but I don't think you meet the inactive criteria(something like haven't logged in 6 month) given that you only joined 8/3. Did you see if you log in to the wrong server accidentally?

You probably logged into the wrong server.

Check again.
