Well...i hate to say it but you'll have to wait some more until a Staff member who knows more comes and helps u :/

 

I'm pretty sure it'll get resolved tho, u have the transaction "receipt" as proof anyways so...They can probably give you 100c if there was some processing error during ur transaction ^^
