Hey, Why cant i dive at route 129? To get to sotopolis..

I got 240 happines on my swampert, have done hoen story.. But after i won against Lt.Surge boss i needed to do the teleport quest again to activate the teleporter at the pokecenters.

 

But when i try to dive this comes up " You are not allowed to dive at this time"

In pro the max happiness is 255. Try raising his happiness! Also you will need to have beaten the mossdeep gym in order to use the dive hm :o

Double check, you're probably in front of the Seafloor Cavern, it is easy to get lost there for that ocean is vast and always look the same :)

 

Here is the guide on how to be sure to get in front of Sootopolis' entrance :p

He already did it as he said that he was doing the tele-quest again after the reset :3

Wasn't the dive spot for sootopolis at Route 126 (West)?

Make sure you try again there.

It is not a happiness issue. You can only dive if the ocean is "sparkling" (which means: excludes non-sparkling dark areas).

you only can dive if there is a entrance with the shiny thingy,not same as the original game which you can dive at any spot
