BUG WHEN I PASS TO OTHER MAPS

Hi.. I have a problem with de game. When I go to other map I get freezed for like 20 seconds or more without being able to move :( I tested my internet connection (it's OK) and also reinstalled the game. Still doesn't work. It's happening since yesterday and my friend also tested to go where I was and, for him, it was normal.

 

Please, help me!

I meant... when I pass to any map!! Like: From Lavanter to Route 12... I get stuck in the first spot of the next map.

Make sure your device meet the requirements (you can find them here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563)

 

If this is the case, then try to play without any other running process; also, if you're on PC, try to launch the game in admin mode (not sure if that would help though, but eh, it's worth a shot x) )

PS: Did you always have this issue? Lavender isn't the start so you've played a bit already, was it always like that or did it occur after a software update (e.g. update to win10) ?
