If the starting price is met, and the time is runs out, whoever has the higher bid should be able to claim.

What you did here classifies as fake sell

Exactly, but he conspicuously stated (first post) that if he didn't like the best offer, he had every right to refuse. This being said, no, he didn't start nor do, a fake sell.

Sorry guys i ve said that before editing the post.Post edited to add insta price.As the auction didnt go for me and as kagawa said it was a mistake ill go with insta 5m and the case is closed.Big apologies to those who offered!
