[glow=red]Red[/glow]is up and running so I assume that you have the infamous "user already logged in" issue.

183190Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.We have daily reboot also. (editor's note: not anymore) Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot.

Unless you never actually tried to play before and didn't activate your account (activation link via e-mail, you can log into the forums without it but not play), but as your acc. is over a year old, you probably did play already. x)

No, my problem is i can't log in ingame because it looks like my password is wrong.

I do not remember username nor email, yesterday i remembered i wrote here on the forum and i found my post.

So, this is my account name and that's it.

I tried all the paswords but it seems like i cannot log in because i input the wrong password.

But i can log in with this password here on the forum.

Isn't forum and in game password the same?

Same problem with my account, can log in here on forum but the password seems like is wrong on the game.

If yes, then you will be able to see and change your e-mail address and/or your password, and then try again to log into the game with the new one.

Are you using Proxy?

Try to not using it, and then test again

 

Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked as seen in this post

You could also use a VPN although you should check you're allowed first

No mate, i can't log in there no there and not ingame.

I am pretty sure the password is the one i use for the forum and anyway i tried to use all the password i usually use for games.

Nothing to do.
