This is a common issue. You have to wait for a server reboot unfortunately. However some players fix it by relogging/shutting down the client. Just remember to log out/shut down the game correctly as that is the most common cause of this glitch. Hope it gets resolved soon!

Gonna add to what Pear said. There is also sometimes a fix to this. If you change your password and try to login then the problem sometimes fixes itself that way. I don't know the success rate but have heard from friends that it does work.

Same here in blu server. Log off/close pro and reset password doesnt work.....

It happened to me two time and i know why beacuse when Iwait to long on loading map i close the tab and when I go back to the game it said user already login in it happened sometime
