Move that should be implemented!!!

Hi,

 

I would just like to bring forward 2 facts that I feel is lacking in Pro on basis of PVP.

 

1) Whimsicott & Altaria needs Cotton Gaurd Moveset or else they are incomplete.

2) Klefki needs its move foul play/ Play rough so it can actually something thats worth.
