So this is a rather weird problem.

 

I was trying to make the client smaller (aka not full screen and such) but when I picked the size the top left of the screen appeared very big in the entire screen.

Because of this I can not access the options button to set it back to the original size and I can not play either.

 

I have tried:

-Restarting the game

-Deleting the client and redownloading

-Swearing at my computer screen

 

If there is a fix for this please advise how to do it.

Did you try alt + enter?

You shoud make clean installation of your drivers.

Thanos is right, alt+enter changes your client from being Fullscreen to Windowed and vice-versa

 

From there you can go to the options and edit the settings without any issue
