I found a bug around Ditto. If you change your Pokemon before Ditto uses Transform, it does not transform.

 

Even if you fight then with the new pokemon and Ditto uses Transform again, it stays the same.

It just never transforms, no matter what. :p

 

It's one of the moves not coded yet, as you can see in PvP Rules and Revamp of Bugged Moves / Abilities/ Items thread

 

As there is no breeding, Ditto is actually totally useless in PRO atm. Except the dex caught-data obviously
