my pokemon is missing nidorina lvl 40 , Growlithe (lv 21) and my ninetales (20) pls help me

after i crashed i relogin and then the pokemon is missing (nidorina i trained from lvl 5 or 3 i get it 1 week ago and then leveling up then yesterday my pokemon is missing now my pokemon is blastoise

sorry but i think staffs couldnt recover your pokemons.

yesterday the server was doing some reboot, it sent message to all players on chat about the game gonna be in lookdown for 10minutes and doing some reboot. it clearly said about players should log off before reboot or you going to lose item/pokemon.

So its your fault not see/listen to the system says.
