2. Make him to a lvl 100. No one will spend 200k or more for a lvl 63 Blastoise<br/>

3. EV TRAIN! Most people would likely buy a good poke when EV trained. <br/>

Other than that nice blastoise! I have the EXACT same level but Mine is a bold nature with lower Ivs :P</t>
