I have only found one that is still active but it only has kanto and it doesn't touch on where item locations and Pokémon are.

EDIT: I intentionally didn't put the Excavations Site Spawns guide, as it seems that many people can't get rares out of them anymore, even with MS (Sources: 1, 2)
