the servers have crashed time to time due to an ddos attack. We have to wait until the staffs fix the problem^^

its the same for all the players.

Server are down, u need to wait a reboot from an admin.

There could be many reasons why you aren't able to log on, outlined here under "Hit by a "Cannot connect to server" message? Follow these steps and you will be fine:".

 

Also, there are currently many inconveniences caused by the recent server issues, outlined by Daeon here.

 

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing, because it's really frustrating searching through Viridian Maze ^^;;

But if none of the methods work, then please feel free to go to the Bug Resolution Center and report there!
