hello guys, i know still have some of you are confusing about how to get HM01-Cut & HM03-Surf

 

Before you get cut, make sure you got 2 gym badges (defeat 2 gym)

and here is the steps:

 

1. Help Bill to find his research book to get SS Anne ticket @ route 25

2. Talk to Doctor Neuman in SS Anne 1F Kitchen

3. Talk to Jenson in SS Anne 2F Room6 to get 1st class permission.

4. Go up and talk to Captain

5. Talk to Blissey in left side of the ballroom for potion.

6. Back to Captain to get HM01 Cut

Before you get Surf, make sure you got 4 gym badges (defeat 4 gym)

and here is the steps:

 

1. Talk to Safari Guard @ Safari Entrance in Fuchsia City

2. Battle with Victor @ Route 19

3. Back to Safari guard and pay 5k to get in

4. Go Safari Area 3 to take HM03-Surf
