Am I ban or what? or the server is down? I cant log in my account to red server but I can log it in on other servers

What message is displayed when you try logging in?

 

"can not connect to server" = server down or your net is down

 

"user already logged in" = you're deadlocked into the server and need to await a reboot in order to login again
