hi, i have a problem. i was in a battle against a boss (Koichi) when the red server was rebooted at 17:50 (18:30 atm) and i had an loose and i cannot rematch it .... can a GM do anything please ?

Hello JackolaMenace, sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately theirs no way to reset the boss for you :( all you can do is wait for the cool-down I'm really sorry this has happened to you.
