I have checked that Torkoal has Clear Smog as egg move, but when I go to daycare centre, I can't find clear smog in the egg move.

Hello alexltw, unfortunately clear smog is not in the game at the moment. Keep an eye out on Updates,to see what moves/abilities are being added to PRO :)
