I can not log into my account since yesterday tells me that I'm already connected.

I was told that maybe they banned me, I started reading the rules and I'm sure I did not break any.

In given case of being banned what do I have to do to recover my account?.

you can basically see the reason of why you can't connect , as they say user already logged in , it means that you have to wait untill server reboot , you can see the server status here
