Surf pokemon

Hey staff members, first off i want to thank all of you putting pro together, the game is amazing but i do have one suggestion that i believe everyone would enjoy if it is possible to code it into the game. I was just looking at everyone in dragons den surfing around and if they are using a normal poke with surf then they all look same. So I was wondering if it would be possible to make the pokemon we are surfing on show up as our actual pokemon we are using, such as, i use gyarados to surf, so when i surf on him make it show that i am riding on my gyarados, and the same for all pokes. Just a thought i had, hopefully you can do something with this.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, in order for your suggestion to be implemented, an Artist would have to create sprites for every single Pokemon that learns HM Surf. This would equate to hours of work and would prove to be near impossible on top of the work our Artists are already committed to; delaying other future projects for the game. Not to mention, you can already buy Surfing Mounts, such as Lapras or Magikarp, from the Coin Shop or from other players. These already perform the function of your suggestion.
