If its regarding your own ban, create an appeal in the Discipline Appeals section of the forum to discuss this with a member of staff, if this is regarding the ban of someone else, be it a friend of guildie, unfortunately we will not disclose that information, request they appeal and if they wish to they can tell you themselves the details. If you're querying something else, respond with what you are actually wanting to know and i will advise accordingly. Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on forums, as this can then be of use to others. Please use proper forum when posting. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks.
