There are some moves that exist in the game in certain Pokemon despite only being learnable through TM, yet these TM do not exist in this game therefore should be added.

 

Examples I can think of:

Elite four Karen's Houndoom and Dark pulse

Champion Lance's Garchomp and Swords dance

I'm sure there are more, feel free to suggest some.

 

So my point is if the TM doesn't exist, how can Karen's Houndoom have dark pulse? Please implement dark pulse as TM97, and possibly swords dance and some other TMs.

 

TLDR; Elite four Karen's Houndoom has dark pulse yet dark pulse is not included as a TM -> add dark pulse as a TM.
