There are damage rolls. I've tested it myself, 100% sure. Bong2015 Posted March 11, 2017 Share Posted March 11, 2017 i observe the sth wrong in Hidden Power w. my tech roserade.. by calculation.. its HP power is 66 in gen5.. not sure if becuz of that the move doesnt get buffef by technician.. yeah.. i tested it w. friends it only do like 2/3 the dmg i calculated in "pokemon damage calculator" - an app in showdown using the stats of my roserade and opponent pkm..
