I was doing the excavations and at mineral site i found a beldum but i was without ghost pokemon in the team..

I used the moves trick and flash from my sync kadabra for the beldum to lose a little life and use pokeballs and it was then that I noticed that the take down was not giving recoil so I put the gallade (my false swipe) in the field and to see that i was not crazy i used false swipe and once again the beldum used the take dow and did not receive recoil and as he was only with 01 hp he should have died in recoil...

Isn't recoil damage rounded down ? If so, if it does less than 4 damage, the recoil from take down should be 0.
