This way, you'll -just- have to wait 12 minutes untill 4am hits (and yet, to wait you can hunt for Noibat). Then yeeha.. You got 4am to 10am to farm Piplup. I was from the time of high tide in the evening till morning 4:00 to be able to find such Plipup and nothing from him.
