358733 When I used Protect and it failed (becuz opponents switch, or I use it continuously..) and if I continue to use it after the failed one.. it keep failing. :Frown:

Shouldn't the fail chance reset after one failed attempt?

Prevents anything from working on the user that turn. Chance of failure increases if it, Protect, Endure, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, King's Shield, or Spiky Shield was used successfully the previous turn. Priority +4.

You can see that teh chance of failure increases. The more you succeed the more failures you will get

The chance is reset after it fails. So when protect fails, you're guaranteed to get it next turn. But in PRO, successive fails will happen. That's the bug.

what we means is, first round success-> reduce the success rate, second round fail (suppose here will reset the success rate),but the third time,it reduce the success rate by inherit the success rate from the second round which is suppose need to reset, then it become fail.

so it means that if i keep on using the protect success,failed(reduce),fail(reduce),fail(reduce)...and actually it suppose will reset after the first fail
