I have beat ecruteak gym already and even beat the one after that in olivine city but for some reason my fog badge is missing from my trainer card and I can't pass through to mahogany town... please help

the next gym leader after ecruteak is not in olivine

gym5 is in cinwood, gym6 is in olivine, gym7 is in mahogany

the story is that the girl on top of light house ask you to get pills in cinwood

then gym6 will be available
